Effective August 13, 2026. My Health Timeline is a private, single-user application operated by and solely for its owner.
Data collected
With the owner's explicit authorization, the application collects Oura personal information and daily sleep, readiness, and activity summaries. Later features may allow the owner to add work-schedule context and personal health records.
How data is used
Data is used only to display the owner's health history, calculate personal trends, and support questions initiated by the owner. Oura data is not used to train or fine-tune an artificial-intelligence model.
Storage and disclosure
The primary database and source documents are stored locally on the owner's Mac. Oura credentials and tokens are stored in macOS Keychain. The application does not sell health data or disclose it for advertising. If an optional external AI feature is enabled later, the application will identify what information is sent and obtain the owner's action before sending it.
Retention and deletion
Data remains on the Mac until the owner deletes it. The owner can revoke Oura access through Oura account settings and can delete the local database and documents.
